Karaar Corporation Inc. owns the proprietary materials associated with the Karaar Digital Address (KDA) framework. This page sets out what those materials are, and identifies the specific supporting works registered in Canada in 2025.
Proprietary materials
Karaar Corporation Inc. owns the proprietary materials associated with the Karaar Digital Address framework, including:
- the address-format specifications
- the code framework, including the Karaar Routing Code framework
- the associated datasets
- training materials
- infographics
- documentation and related works
These materials may not be copied, redistributed, adapted or used to derive a competing address or routing framework without written permission from Karaar Corporation Inc.
Registered supporting works
The following supporting works were registered with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. Each certificate shows Karaar Corporation Inc. as the owner and a registration date of 3 October 2025.

What these registrations do and do not cover
The three registrations above cover those three specific supporting works. They do not register the KaraarConnect platform as a whole, the KaraarConnect website or software, or every Karaar brand term.
Karaar Corporation Inc.’s ownership of the wider framework materials does not depend on those certificates. Copyright arises on creation; registration is additional evidence of it for the works named.
Trade mark rights are a separate matter from copyright and are described in the Trademark Notice.
Two dates, and why both appear
The footer of this site carries © 2026 Karaar Corporation Inc. That is the copyright notice for the KaraarConnect website and its content in the current year.
2025 is the year the three supporting works listed above were registered in Canada. The two years refer to different things and are deliberately not combined.
Business information published on this site
Information about a listed business — its name, its own description, its photographs and its contact details — belongs to that business, not to Karaar. A KDA address identifies a location using Karaar’s proprietary format; the premises and the business at that address remain the owner’s.
